Seated massage is provided as a way for you to experience the benefits of stress reduction and therapeutic massage easily in the work environment. Seated massage takes place on a portable massage chair designed for your comfort and support and provided by a qualified massage therapist from Blue Serenity Ltd. You the client remain fully clothed while the therapist applies massage techniques to areas of concern inc neck, shoulders and back.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following :
1. I do not have any injuries or conditions that would prevent me receiving a seated massage, nor have I been told by a health provider that I should not receive massage therapy.
2. I understand a qualified massage therapist may ask me questions about my general health and physical condition and that I am obligated to be truthful about my health history.
3. I understand that I may experience some discomfort during the treatment and that if I do experience any discomfort or pain during the session I will inform my therapist immediately so that the pressure can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my massage therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session. 4. I am physically capable of getting on and off a massage chair safely. 5. I understand the risks associated with massage therapy include, but are not limited to superficial bruising, short term muscle soreness, exacerbation of undiscovered injury. 6. I have been given the opportunity to ask questions about massage therapy and my questions have been answered. 7. I understand that the massage I receive is for the purposes of general wellness and relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension only.
